การตั้งค่า Outlook Express เพื่อใช้งานกับอีเมลของเซิร์ฟเวอร์ P&T Hosting
* mail.your-domain.com ในบทความนี้ เวลาคุณตั้งค่าจริง ให้คุณเปลี่ยนเป็น mail. ชื่อโดเมนเนมของคุณเอง (เช่นถ้าโดเมนเนมคุณชื่อ kentreez.com ก็ให้ใช้เป็น mail.kentreez.com เป็นต้น)
- เปิดโปรแกรม Outlook Express
- คลิกที่เมนู Tools, และเลือก Accounts...
- คลิก Add, แล้วคลิก Mail...
- พิมพ์ชื่อของคุณลงในช่อง 'Display name' แล้วคลิก Next.
- พิมพ์อีเมลแอดเดรสของคุณลงในช่อง 'Email address', และคลิก Next.
- สำหรับ 'My incoming mail server is a _____ server', ให้เลือก IMAP.
- พิมพ์ mail.your-domain.com* ในช่อง 'Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server'.
และพิมพ์ mail.your-domain.com* ลงในช่อง 'Outgoing mail (SMTP) server'. - คลิก Next
- พิมพ์อีเมลแอดเดรสของคุณ (เช่น example@kentreez.com) ลงในช่อง 'Account name'. พิมพ์รหัสผ่านลงในช่อง 'Password', แล้วคลิกปุ่ม Next
- คลิกปุ่ม Finish.
- เลือก mail.your-domain.com* ที่ในช่องใต้คำว่า Account, แล้วคลิก Properties.
- คลิกที่แถบ Advanced.
- ช่อง Outgoing mail (SMTP): ให้ใส่ 25
- บรรทัดที่ถัดลงมาจาก Outgoing mail (SMTP):, ไม่ต้องติ๊ก This server requires a secure connection (SSL).
- ช่อง Incoming mail (IMAP): ให้ใส่ 143
- บรรทัดที่ถัดลงมาจาก Incoming mail (IMAP):, ไม่ต้องติ๊ก This server requires a secure connection (SSL).
- คลิกที่แถบ Servers.
- ติ๊ก checkbox ที่อยู่หน้า 'My server requires authentication.'
- คลิก OK.
